# Thrivology Executive Coaching > Executive coaching delivered alongside UK university MBA and business programmes, as a complement to the institution's careers provision. Each programme opens with a group session and runs three coaching touchpoints across a semester, with students' clarity and confidence measured at the first and last touchpoint and reported back to the institution anonymised. A division of Thrivology Limited (England & Wales, company no. 13215559), based in Bedford and working with UK business schools. Contact: hello@thrivology.co.uk. Status as of 3 October 2026: this is a new programme. The first pilots run from spring 2027, and three founding pilot places are open for a spring 2027 or September 2027 start. Prices start from £180 per student. Thrivology Limited is not VAT-registered. ## What we offer - [1:1 Executive Coaching](https://thrivology.co.uk/#deliver): one group opening session (30–60 min) plus three 50-minute one-to-one sessions per student; the second is a personal DISC profile debrief. Written plan, start and end measures. Typically 6–15 students, minimum 6. About 3–3½ hours of student time. - [Group Vision, Individual Path](https://thrivology.co.uk/#deliver): group opening session, a 90-minute group vision and goal-setting session for up to 20 students, then two 50-minute one-to-ones per student; the first is the DISC debrief. Minimum 8. About 3¾–4¼ hours of student time. - [Group Coaching and Cohort Development](https://thrivology.co.uk/#deliver): group opening session plus three 90-minute group sessions for groups of 8–12, with cohort-level measures. About 5–5½ hours of student time. DISC can be added. - [DISC Behavioural Profiling](https://thrivology.co.uk/#disc): a 30–60 minute cohort session, an online assessment and personal report, and a 50-minute one-to-one profile debrief. Built into the 1:1 and hybrid programmes, an add-on to group coaching, or booked on its own for groups of five or more. DISC is optional: where an institution already uses its own instrument we remove it and the price comes down. Programmes are starting points, not fixed packages. They can be combined, DISC included or left out, session counts and lengths flexed, and a pilot can run with one segment of a cohort. ## How outcomes are measured - [Measurement design](https://thrivology.co.uk/#evidence): a six-item self-assessment scored 1–10 at the first touchpoint (clarity of direction, confidence articulating goals, confidence entering the job market or launching a venture, sense of progress, plus one open response), repeated identically at the final touchpoint. - Limits stated openly: it is a short self-report instrument with no control group, so it shows the distance each student travels rather than proving the coaching caused it. Founding partners can add items. - The institution receives an anonymised end-of-pilot report of cohort-level movement, themes and feedback, usable in internal reporting and accreditation evidence. No individual student is identifiable. ## Who delivers it - Carlene Nisbett, Founder and Lead Coach: MBA, Cranfield School of Management (2020); Personal Performance Life Coaching Diploma, The Coaching Academy, a coach training programme accredited by the Association for Coaching and approved by the International Coaching Federation (the accreditation belongs to the programme, not the individual); DISC certified; 250+ coaching hours including one-to-one work with MBA students; PhD researcher in entrepreneurship. - Larger cohorts are delivered with additional qualified coaches contracted by Thrivology Limited, whose insurance, DBS, data-protection compliance and supervision we verify and hold. ## Practicalities - [Compliance](https://thrivology.co.uk/#practicalities): professional indemnity insurance; Enhanced DBS; ICO-registered data controller (ZB254139); written code of ethics and confidentiality policy; external coaching supervision; one contracted supplier. - [Privacy notice](https://thrivology.co.uk/privacy.html) - Delivery on campus, online or a mix. The difference is logistics, not quality. ## Pricing and next step - Founding pilots start from £180 per student for the whole programme, depending on programme and cohort size. Travel for on-campus sessions is charged at cost. Prices are not subject to VAT. - Founding partners shape the measures and the report format, keep their pilot per-student rate for the 2027/28 academic year, and take first option on a full-year rollout. - Next step: a 30-minute scoping call — https://calendly.com/thrivologyleadershipcoaching/30min - [Full proposal (PDF, 16 pages)](https://thrivology.co.uk/assets/thrivology-executive-coaching-proposal.pdf) ## Optional - [Frequently asked questions](https://thrivology.co.uk/#faq): overlap with careers teams, what the institution keeps, what happens if results are modest, other profiling tools, consolidating suppliers. - Market context used on the site, with sources: UK graduate recruitment at leading employers down 24.5% since 2022 (High Fliers Research, The Graduate Market in 2026); about two-thirds of UK business schools recorded lower international enrolments for January 2026 starts, 64% at postgraduate level (Chartered Association of Business Schools).
