What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle information when you contact us, book a call, or visit the website. If your institution goes on to work with us, the students taking part receive a separate privacy notice covering coaching sessions, DISC assessments and outcome measures before delivery begins.

What we collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health details through the website or booking form.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold the call you booked, and follow up on a possible coaching pilot with your institution.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries and discussing a service your institution has shown interest in. Where the conversation moves towards an agreement, we also rely on taking steps at your institution's request before entering into a contract.

If we contacted you first

We sometimes write to named staff at business schools, such as heads of careers or programme directors, about a pilot. In that case we used your name, role and work contact details from public professional sources, such as your institution's website or your LinkedIn profile.

We do this on the basis of legitimate interests, because the service is relevant to your role. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying to our message or emailing hello@thrivology.co.uk, and we will not contact you again.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
